My nonfiction debut, Poe for Your Problems (Running Press/Hachette, 2021), was a Barnes & Noble holiday catalog pick, a Library of Virginia Book Club selection, and a finalist for the Library of Virginia’s People’s Choice Award.Originally from South Carolina, I grew up in Richmond, Virginia.
